Giglotti, Donna
started her career with Hollywood famed director Martin Scorsese in the 1980’s where she was involved in the production of “Raging Bull” and the “King of Comedy”. In the early 90’s while Executive Vice President at Miramax Film/Disney Corporation, Ms. Giglotti served as executive producer for the following feature films: “Emma” starring Gwyneth Paltrow, “A Month by the Lake” starring Vanessa Redgrave and Uma Thurman and “Restoration” starring Robert Downey Junior. Also to her credit, she was President of Production at USA Films, a division of business mogul Barry Diller's USA Entertainment Group. While there, she was responsible for all aspects of film acquisition, development and production. Ms. Giglotti won an Oscar for producing “Shakespeare in Love” which also received numerous other awards such as a 1998 Academy Award – Best Picture, a 1998 Bafta Award – Best Picture and a 1998 Golden Globe – Best Picture. She was the youngest female ever to be knighted by Chevalier des Arts et Lettres of the Republic of France.
Kenoff, Jay
is a founding partner of Kenoff and Machtinger, LLP a Los Angeles based firm specializing in media and entertainment. Jay Kenoff practices principally in the area of entertainment transactional matters providing services to individuals and companies in the fields of motion pictures, television, music, concerts, post-production services, publishing and new media. He is also experienced in business and corporate law, real property and banking. Mr. Kenoff is co-author of ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY CONTRACTS: NEGOTIATING AND DRAFTING GUIDE, Vol. 1, “Motion Pictures”, published by Matthew Bender. His articles have been published in Entertainment Law Review and Entertainment Law and Finance, and he is on the Board of Contributing Editors of the latter publication. Mr. Kenoff has served as a judge pro tempore and as a court mediator in Los Angeles County and has been a professor of law at Northrop University Law School. Born in Los Angeles, Mr. Kenoff was educated at UCLA (BA, 1967), Harvard Law School (JD, 1970) and University of Southern California (MS, 1974). Mr. Kenoff was on active duty for four years (1970-1974) in the Judge Advocate Generals Corps of the U.S. Navy Reserve. He is a recipient of the Freedom Foundation Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal, completing his service as a Commander in the United States Naval Reserve.
Kirkpatrick, David
was President of Production at Walt Disney/Touchstone Pictures from 1987 to 1988. In 1989, he became President of the Motion Picture Group at Paramount Pictures. As a studio executive, he supervised over two hundred motion pictures including: “Top Gun”, “The Adams Family’, Wayne’s World”, “Patriot Games”, “Naked Gun”, “The Firm”, “Indecent Proposal”, “An Officer and a Gentleman”, “Witness”, “The Elephant Man”, “Beverly Hills Cop 1 & 2” and “Terms of Endearment”. In 1991, Mr. Kirkpatrick moved into independent producing with “The Brady Bunch Movie”, “Evening Star”, “Big Night” and “Opposite of Sex”. Mr. Kirkpatrick, currently CEO of the film production company Original Voices, is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Producers Guild of America.

Greenburg Traurig has more than 1,300 lawyers and governmental professionals. The firm provides counsel to actors, writers, directors, producers, managers, production and distribution companies, networks and studios in the film, television, cable and interactive media sectors.
Mr. Paul represented several international production and distribution companies in connection with financing of motion pictures and television projects using German tax funds. He also negotiated acquisition of rights for movies such as: “Tombstone”, “Renaissance Man”, “Color of the Night”, “Nixon”, “Die Hard” and “Evita”. In addition, he provided counsel for the acquisition, financing and distribution agreements for “Reversal of Fortune”, “The Commitments” and “Hamlet”. He represented producers and financiers in connection with the development, production, distribution and exploitation of “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines”. Mr. Paul counseled and negotiated distribution agreements for ancillary rights throughout the world including output deals (RCA/ Columbia Tri Star Home Video) and multi picture deals (Buena Vista International, B Sky B, Tohokushinsha, Viacom). From 1986-1990, Mr. Paul served as a Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Miramax Film/Disney Corporation.
