David
Khalilzad
Geneva's Chairman, founded Geneva Capital in 1997. David began
his financial services career at Citigroup in 1987advancing
steadily to Vice President, Real Property Services, in charge
of Commercial Real Estate. David started his investment banking
career at Morgan Stanley in 1990, one of the nation's leading,
most prominent global financial institutions, becoming Senior
Vice President in 1995. David was then Senior Vice President
at D.H. Blair & Company until founding Geneva in 1997. David
is currently honorary co-chairman of the New York State Republican
Party Small Business Task Force. David is a highest honors graduate of the
Department of Economics and Political Science, New York University,
where he received the prestigious Founder's Day Award in 1987. |

| James
F. Betz is Chief Financial Officer of Geneva Capital.
Over the past 15 years, Jim has held a number of senior positionsDirector
of Operations at Safra National Bank; Chief Financial Officer
of Afin Securities International, Ltd., and Valores Finamex;
Comptroller of Serfin Securities and of Reich & Tang, LP.
Jim has a BS degree from St. Francis College and an MBA from
Adelphi University. |

Lawrence
Van Billingham is Managing Director of Geneva Capital.
In a 30 year Wall Street career at Morgan Stanley, (the last
10 years of which he was Senior Vice President), Larry specialized
in Asset Management. Prior to that, he was Senior Analyst with
Chevron Texaco's overseas AffiliateCaltex Petroleum. Larry
is a graduate of Columbia College and has a Masters Degree in
Business Administration from New York University. |
